Masonry, Commercial/Residential - Saratoga Springs, NY

422 Broadway, Saratoga, NY: Constructed on a major downtown corridor with a tremendous amount of pedestrian traffic, an aggressive schedule, and the restrictions of a tight jobsite, this four story mixed use building posed quite a logistical challenge for AJS Masonry, Inc. The AJS Team was able to work in unison with other onsite trades to complete the project within the specific time parameters without causing interruptions to neighboring businesses or the ambiance of the City of Saratoga Springs. This project consists of natural limestone veneer panels, decorative arched headers, sills, copings, and extensive detailed brick veneer.
