Concrete Flatwork, Commercial, High End Residential - Saratoga Springs, NY

422 Broadway, Saratoga, NY: This 4 story mixed-use residential/commercial building located on Broadway in downtown Saratoga Springs consists of over 2,100 cubic yards of concrete in the mat slab foundation alone, with the slab on decks adding an additional 1,100 cubic yards. One of the biggest challenges faced on this project was performing all of this work without causing disruption to any traffic or local businesses during regular business hours. By working in conjunction with the owner, the City of Saratoga Springs, and other onsite trades, AJS was able to complete our work on schedule and without causing any obstructions to pedestrian or vehicular traffic downtown.
